COVER LETTER

I am a 22 year old Design For Textiles - Specialising in Knit (Fashion, Interior, Art), June 2020 graduate. Originally from Aberdeenshire, I am currently based in Galashiels but willing to relocate.

I have been a passionate designer for many years, putting my hands-on work ethic to the best of its ability. Knit design for textiles has been the perfect way of combining my physical love of creating art and fabric into a finalised handmade piece. Although specialising in Knit, I have extensive knowledge of woven textiles, weaving, printmaking and screenprinting.

I have 5 years of experience working in a collaborative studio around other designers like myself. I thrive when working with and around others in a fast paced industry.
